Now more than ever is the time to engage with our communities and mobilize others to speak up and cast their vote on election day. Systemic oppression and social injustice isn’t new but recent images and videos have shown us how prominent they are. There is a drastic effort to deny us our right to vote but we MUST—by mail or in person.  I am someone who at one point was indifferent and thought that no matter who was in office, nothing would change. But these past few months have changed my perspective. We need our voices heard and we need to hold our elected officials accountable.  It’s crucial that this happens.  After raising money for BLM, I’ve made another T-Shirt in which 100% of the profits will be split and donated to More Than A Vote and Reform Alliance which are helping fight voter suppression and systemic racism. Now is our time to show up and be the change we want to see.

About More Than A Vote:

More Than a Vote is organized as a nonprofit, nonstock corporation formed by black athletes and artists working together. Our priority right now is combating systemic, racist voter suppression by educating, energizing, and protecting our community in 2020. More Than A Vote is partnering with NAACP Legal Defense Fund, When We All Vote, Fair Fight and the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition. These groups and others like them are in our community fighting for our people and they need all the help they can get.

 About Reform Alliance:

The mission of the REFORM Alliance is to dramatically reduce the number of people who are unjustly under the control of the criminal justice system – starting with probation and parole. To win, we will leverage our considerable resources to change laws, policies, hearts and minds. Our goal is to dramatically reduce the number of people who are needlessly trapped in the system.
